Dr. Stephanie Wilson is a nutrition scientist and Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University. Dr. Wilson’s research focuses on how targeted dietary strategies and the gut microbiome jointly influence human health. She is also interested in dietary assessment and how it can be better utilized to explain variability in health outcomes. She has previously led and worked on clinical trials exploring how foods rich in dietary bioactive compounds can benefit the gut microbial community and support cardiometabolic health.

Dr. Wilson is also an active member and volunteer with several nutrition and scientific organizations, including the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) and the National Nutrient Databank Conference.
